You voted our sad, soulful sleepy head for your final Profile of the Month. A few days before the end of the tour, Taylor Trensch sits down with official Guilty One interviewer Steffi D and answers many of your questions. Listen as he gives us the 411 on his dream role, breaking the rules at his SA audition, and gives advice for gay teens coming out of the closet. Also don't miss a show and tell of a special fan gift cherished by the entire cast (thanks Randy!). Enjoy both Part 1 and Part 2 segments!

Video Part 2
Here are the Q's asked in the videos. Thanks to all for submitting your questions!
1) ReneƩ said: Hi Taylor! I saw you multiple times in Cincinnati and fell absolutely in love with you. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
2) Shannon and Chris asked: When did you decide acting was what you wanted to do? Who or what inspired you?
3) Mariah, Sarah, Joanna, Elaine, Rozzie, and Michael want to know: What is your dream role (even if it hasn’t been written yet)?
4) Nicole, Annabel, Elaine: You freakin’ rock that mike. Ever consider a music career? I’d buy your album.
5) Jordan from Kentucky and Anonymous:
Straight away, I wanna say that you are amazing, by far my favorite Moritz. I am also proud to hear that you are gay because you inspire me (a gay man) so much. Do you have any advice for other gay actors or gay teens in terms of coming out of the closet? Also, does it bother you to be considered a role model? Keep up the awesomeness!
6) Zac, Chris, Annabel asked: Can you describe your Spring Awakening audition experience?
a) What did you sing?
b) Did you know from the start that you wanted Moritz?
c) Had you seen the show before?
7) Many people asked: Where do you find your inspiration to play such an intense and tortured character like Moritz?
8) Scotty, Meranda, Sydney, Sarah and Rochelle asked:
a) Were you nervous at how fans would accept or not accept your portrayal of Moritz?
b) Have the other Moritz's influenced how you played the role or were you able to completely re-imagine it?
9) Many fans asked: What is the most memorable thing a fan has said, done or given you to show appreciation for the show?
10) Maria and Anonymous asks: Back when you were still updating your blog and Twitter, you showed a picture of your Moritz shoes and you said they were from Broadway. Who did they originally belong to, Gallagher? Did you all really wear the same size, or did you just have to make do?
11) Irene asked: What's the funniest/craziest thing that has happened to you while on tour?
12) From Rozzie: If you could go anywhere in the world for ONE day, with an unlimited budget, where would you go, and what would you do there?
13) Madelyn and Nicole said: Hi Taylor! You're so, so talented! You have a such a long, successful career ahead of you! What are three things you absolutely can't live without?

The tour is ending? Is there another? I completely thought it was going on longer than this. My friend had mentioned that there was one that was professional but not the "real" thing, is that what is happening? I'm sorry for all of the questions but I am just a bit confused.
Also: great video! I love the P.O.M.s :D I am going to miss them so much.
Love all of you!

Bri, darlin', where have you been? Yes, last Sunday was the last performance of the 1st national tour. The tour has been licensed to a third party, Networks Tours, who will start a tour next year with a completely different cast. In terms of what your friend was saying about the non-professional nature of the tour, he/she is right. It is non union, however, with a show with such a young cast (many of whom we had to turn union to begin with), it shouldn't make a big difference. You can find a list of announced tour dates here: http://www.networkstours.com/
Have the auditions for the non union tour already happened? If not, when will they be posted. Thanks!
Julienne, the non union tour has been cast. They failed to let us know about auditions..they only had one open call. They used the same casting director who already had files of people who auditioned in the past. Sorry. Perhaps there will be replacement casting in the future. That same website I listed above also posts casting notices.
Bummer! Thank you though! I had emailed someone from NETworks about auditions a while back, but she didn't have any information on it at all.
Can we still send videos on the website so the casting team has them on file?
can i just say... Sara Parten was very excited that Taylor liked her picture so much that he initiated a hug with her. im not gonna say she texted me immediately after with the fangirlish details... but she definitely did.
we will miss you taylor :) DO BIG THINGS.
haha yeah that was my question. :D
omg i literally screamed out loud when you gave that shoutout! totally made my day :P thanks for answering my question.
taylor, you are amazing and gave awesome answers.
lots of love to the spring awakening family. :D
Thank you for the information- I have been very busy lately with school (this is be responding to why I didn't know what was going on) and all of those things. I really haven't been able to get back to the Broadway circuit in a long time. I love this tour cast so much, I'm upset that it is all over. I am lucky to have sen it twice. It was wonderful and I hope that everyone had a meaningful and successful final show. Thank you for responding to my comments through this run. It means a lot. Maybe one day I'll work with some of you :]
Love,
Bri
Anonymous--no, no video auditions are being accepted at this time.
Marie--that's hilarious. Sara definitely deserved that hug! Her picture's awesome!
Irene-ha ha. I thought you would like that. Thanks for the well wishes. We wish the same to you.
Bri--We love you too! Best of luck to you with school and everything else. Make time for Broadway! ha ha
Denver was mentioned HOLLA!
Gah! I miss the show so much already and feel no shame about it! The Spring Tour changed my life and my heart aches a little that it is over.
I pray that those in any revivals or tours put in the heart, passion, commitment that this cast did because this is a show that the world truly needs!
Thanks again S.A.T.C.!
This experience will forever be in my heart!
Sweet! They asked my question!!!! I feel so blessed.
haha one thing that i think is amazing is how the guam fans have (in a way) become "famous" among the spring awakening family. :P
thanks for answering all of our questions, pun. you're awesome. and im really going to miss everything about this tour cast.
i am excited about all of the things the non-equity tour will bring to the SA experience, though. :D
hmm i like taylor's answer to the last question.
