Happy New Year, everyone! It was a wonderful holiday break for the cast and crew. If you've been following their Twitter feeds, you'll have seen pics of gingerbread houses being made, gifts unwrapped, and families huddled together for the holidays. Here's one you havn't seen. Over the break, Steffi D was back in Canada and made a snow kitten! By the way, that's a vintage snowsuit from the 80's, yup yup.

We're excited to be in Hershey (after a very stressful travel day where airlines misplaced two of our cast members bags rackinfrackinUnitedAirlines...just sayin'). It's bitter cold, but everyone is looking forward to a cup of steaming Hershey's hot chocolate!
We're playing at the Hershey Theatre Jan 5-10th. You can get your tickets here: http://www.hersheytheatre.com/performances_events/details.php?id=8952
or call the box office at 717.534.3405. Who's coming? Sound out below.
STAGE DOOR: Come say hi after the show. Stage door is next to the parking lot in the alley on the side of the theatre.
DID YOU KNOW... In the Hershey Chocolate factory there are 90 million pounds of cocoa beans. That means that at any given time they have enough cocoa beans on hand to make five and half billion candy bars!

REVIEWS
LANCASTER ONLINE: "For this reviewer, who saw the show once in its off-Broadway incarnation and twice on Broadway, the touring production packs a wallop and makes it clear just how brilliant "Spring Awakening" truly is."

I saw the show last night in Hershey. And I was blown away.
I gotta say that the audience was a bit, well, unresponsive/reserved compared to when I saw the show in DC in July.
I was thrilled (and a bit surprised, considering the audience) when you got the much-deserved Standing O.
I guess reserved people can be appeciative, too. Kudos to you all.

I saw the show tonight and I just wanted to say awesome job! I've never seen the show before and sitting on the stage was such an experience!
Anonymous, yes, different cities express their appreciation differently. Hershey is near some very religious towns and we expected them to be more reserved, but it's so gratifying to see that they really have been listening, processing, and appreciating. Sometimes the quietest houses can be the most appreciative. Thanks for traveling all the way from DC!
Rachel, so glad loved it and got to experience stage seating. Try seeing it from the house if you can, which is how it was originally directed. It's a completely different experience! Thanks for posting! Please subscribe to stay in touch with our cast members during their journey.
I am coming Sunday with a bunch of Millersville University Spring Awakening theatre enthusiasts and we are sitting on stage. Lets just say we are gonna bring the applause and energy and are ready to be BLOWN AWAY!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
