It's three weeks into the New Year. They say that if you've been been able to keep your New Year's resolutions for three weeks, the chances of you succeeding in your goals increases exponentially. When the cast and musicians came back from the break, we asked them what their resolutions were for the new year. Many of them mentioned that they wanted to keep in better touch with friends from home that they've neglected as a result of living on the road. Hope some of these can inspire you and keep you on track with your goals. How are you guys doing with your resolutions? We'd love to hear from you!
Anthony Lee Medina: My New Years resolution is more of a birthday gift to myself. This year I decided that from New Years day until my birthday (April 8th) I am going to be very respectful which for me means eating healthy, working out on a daily basis, and going back to my vegan diet
Christy Altomare: My new years resolution is to be a better friend to people I have fallen out of touch with while I have been on tour. : )
Krystina Alabado:
1) Of course, stay fit and in shape. Gym at least every other day, no matter how tired I am.
2) Keeping my blog, facebook, and website much more up to date :)
3) Keeping in touch with old friends from home more than I do.
Sarah Hunt:
My new year's resolution, since this tour is coming to an end, is to finally convince Papa Bessel to stop beating me... Really!?! After 600 shows you would think he'd have learned violence is NOT the answer.
Marques Walls:
My New Year's resolution is to return my phone calls in a timely fashion.
Taylor Trensch:
My first resolution is to depend less heavily on the Internet by using it less frequently. Two: I want to read more. Lastly, I'm going to refrain from eating nasty, greasy food after shows.
Andy Mientus:
In 2010, I want to lessen my impact on the environment so I'm going to try to live more sustainably- buying sustainable clothing, eating local and vegan, etc.
Alan Stevens Hewitt:
I didn't have a resolution per se this year, but I did wish for the sustained health and well-being of my family and friends, and I gave thanks to the cosmos for conspiring to provide me with the tools and opportunities that allow me to do what I do.
Kristen Rosenfeld:
I have never made a New Years resolution, and this year is no exception.

My new years resolution:
1. be more confident, and become a stronger singer/actress.
2. Gain some muscle
3. eat less candy/chocolate (which i'm sadly failing to do)
I must say I found Sarah's resoltion to be offensive. I know it was most likely a joke, but still. With the following of the show and victiums of asult I don't think it was the best choise to say such a thing.
i thought some of their resolutions were funny. :)
and others are really good ones. way to set an example for the rest of us!
First Anonymous--I don't think Sarah meant to belittle any victim of assault. How could she suggest such a thing when she has to put herself in that perspective every single night? The point of her post was that violence is not the answer, she was just doing it in her humorous way. If you knew Sarah, you would know she cares so deeply about these issues.
