"Advice for young people in Motown pursuing theatre careers...Just continue to give it your all because one day it’s going to happen. If you believe it’s gonna happen, it’s gonna happen, because you have to have a good attitude about it. I think the most important thing is to be happy for yourself and for your fellow people going in for shows. It is a cut-throat business, but at the same time, the people who are happiest are the ones who love the people next to them who are getting cast.
