Freddy Hall's Top 8 Favorite Places in Boston

Freddy Hall, our accomplished guitarist, created a video summary of our four weeks in Boston, listing the top eight hot spots that you would have found him and other company members during their stay. This homage to one of America's oldest cities is backed by Kyle Riabko's jazzy smooth rendition of "The Guilty Ones," available on his latest album. Enjoy!

Hey freddy! loved the video.
howeverrrrrrrrrrrrr.. being a native of massachusetts i would like to make a few changes :)
so first, i believe that Fenway Park, House of Blues, and nix the newbury comics, seeing as it's now a chain store around the state.
otherwise, loved the video (:

i'd definatley put The Freedom Trail on your list, it's really awsome, and it's one of boston's well-known attractions :)
otherwise, i totally agree :)

The swan boats! They were in there for a second. Riding the swan boats is one of my favorite parts of Boston. Touristy but really cute anyway.

Oh goodness, I see you added Cheers as one of your favorite places. Being a native of Boston I can honestly say that no one really goes to Cheers since it became such a giant tourist trap. But I definitely agree with J.P. Licks :)

Thanks for your feedback everyone!

Kathleen: I agree that Fenway Park should be in there, I was originally going to do a top 10, but ran out of time. The House of Blues, however, is really new and I was such a fan of the Avalon that I'm kinda sad to see it gone. Also, Newbury Comics is my "junk," that location in particular. I guess, being a musician, it's really cool to see a store, selling a lot of independent artists, doing so well! But I understand where you're coming from.

Alexandra: I tried to do the Freedom Trail many times, but I guess my ADD kicked in or something and I never completed it. But I'll make that my mission next time I'm in town.

Anonymous: Word up on the swan boats, but I'd consider that all apart of the Public Garden.

Caroline: Cheers isn't really in my top 8, I just included it in the Beacon Hill portion, since it's at the bottom of the hill, and it's kind of a cool claim to fame Boston can be proud of. But Beacon Hill neighborhood is the actual place on my list.

J.P. Licks is amazing, I always get the cake batter with melted marshmallow on top, freakin good!
