It's time for you to tell the cast what you would do in Boston.
Since the cast has very limited time to enjoy all that each city has to offer when they are only there for one week, the "What Would You Do?" feature will only include tour stops that last more than a week. That doesn't mean there won't be videos from each city, but that those videos won't be fan-generated.
So. If you are from Boston or know Boston, give the cast some great ideas to vlog about. Unique places, food, and activities that can't be found anywhere else.
These submissions are due by the end of the week: Friday, April 24th.
Our fans have given us some great suggestions already and they are much appreciated!

In Boston go see a Red Sox game and go to Faneuil Hall! Also, if your looking for some good exercise and you have an hour, walk the entire length of the city, I did it and its pretty cool! Go play frisbee in the Harvard green, you'll automatically feel smarter! Go on a Duck Tour in these really cool boats/cars. Hit up the aquarium and there's a cool imax theater by the marina!!!
So wish I could come, have a blast!!
I would say DEFIANTLY go to a red sox game. They're the best.
The boston public garden where the swan boats and the make way for ducklings statues are is nice.
There is great shoppping on newbury street and around Faneuil Hall.
Eat delicious lobster, or clam chowder.
There is also a ton of history to experience if you are in to that, like bunker hill, the freedom trail etc.
oh, and the duck tours!
I LOVE BOSTON
I wish i still lived there = (
Definitely go on the duck tours! you ride in this open-air car and it drives into the water but it floats like a boat. it's awesome!
oh oh! go to quincy market and newbury street.
museum of fine arts
I live in Boston and one of my favorite things to do is go to the Museum of Sceience Omni Theatre. they have such cool shows and the omni theatre surrounds you and makes you feel like you are part of the film. I went to one called Adrenaline Rush. It was awsome.
THE DUCK TOURS (Or whatever they're called!)!
And the Swan Boats (two different things).
A funky restaurant: Fajitas and 'Ritas. 25 West St., right by the Common (and make sure not to call it "Boston Commons", you'll stick out like a sore thumb)
A classic Boston restaurant: Durgin Park, at Faneuil Hall. Traditionally speaking the waitresses are very rude (hilariously so) with thick Boston accents, although I think they've gotten nicer over the years.
For a great meal, definitely check out the North End! Make sure to go to Mike's Pastry for dessert- they have the best cannolis I've ever had! The line is almost always out the door but it's worth the wait.

Also for just a fun area to walk around, Harvard Square.
I would like to recommend two great restaurants. First, The Midwest Grille, in Cambridge (just north of Boston, over the Longfellow Bridge). It's an incredible Brazilian barbecue restaurant. Second, La Famiglia Giorgio, in the North End. It is (as it sounds) a wonderful Italian restaurant, with great food and HUGE portions.
Also, I'd recommend going on the Duck Tours, going to a Sox game, walking the Freedom Trail, going out Faneuil Hall, and visiting the Science Museum (there's a frog exhibit going on right now. I know Shishi likes frogs).
Hey, so this isn't Boston, but while you guys are in Chicago later this year, there's going to be a huge music festival downtown (Lollapaloza) that some of you guys might really like.
Here's the link: http://www.lollapalooza.com/default.asp?fd=1
tickets are kinda expensive, but you should heck it out. something to do in the morning before your shows! look forward to seeing guys later in August! you can contact me if you guys have questions about Chicago!
Quack quack, Duck Tours! Very fun, and a great way to see Boston. (Would make a funny vlog, too).
Can't wait to see you this Sunday! (4/26)
Don't worry us Guilty Ones have a special present guide for you when you get here, so you'll know all the fun spots/events that we love and you can hit up while in Boston for the month! :)
Can't wait for the Boston run!
Duck tours. I would love to see a video of that.
RED SOX! even if you can't get to a game, there are multiple daily tours of the park--it's a national treasure! I took one of the Wicked tour members there when they were in town in 2007. it's awesome.
j.p. licks oreo cake batter ice cream in a waffle cone. that is all.
get a raspberry lime rickey...
try to catch a sox game...same day tickets are at Gate E on Landsdown St. (Go Early!)
Go to Down Under and/or Copperfields ("Boston" bars)
ride the T...
people watch on the commons....
and since you guys are at the Colonial Theater..go to New York Pizza (NYP) for wicked good and cheap pizza! (on tremont st.)
No doubt about it. One word for you.
CODZILLA!!!
A high speed boat ride through Boston Harbor, following a storyline, blasting rock music.
So an aquatic equivalent of Spring Awakening? haha

definately go on the freedom trail tour!! quincy market is a cool place to check out too! and also the science museum is pretty interesting!
1) The Freedom Trail! Lots of cool old graveyards and old Revolutionary War sites.
2) Museum of Science, www.mos.org - Always has cool exhibits like the one w/ rainforest frogs going on right now!
3) Institute of Contemporary Art, www.icaboston.org - They have an amazing street art/graffiti exhibit by Shepard Fairey on right now. (He did the famous Obama "hope" art.)
4) Museum of Fine Arts, www.mfa.org - Always has incredible artwork.
5) Newbury St - Great shopping street to walk around and explore.
6) Fanueil Hall - Lots of shops and restaurants.
7) Fenway Park tour - See the best baseball park in the world!
8) Take a swan boat ride in the Boston Public Garden park
9) Boston Duck Tours, www.bostonducktours.com - always fun and let's you explore Boston!
I love going to the Museum of Science and the aquarium. And, this technically isn't Boston, but Harvard Square in Cambridge is a really funky/fun place, and it's easily accessible from the city.
Can't wait to see the show in Boston!
1) Might I also suggest a Red Sox game? Lansdowne St and Yawkey Way are always buzzing before the game. You could also do a tour of Fenway Park and learn about one of the oldest stadiums in the U.S.
2) The Prudential Tower sky walk offers an amazing aerial view of Boston.
3) Newbury St. and Copley/Prudential malls for shopping.
4) If you like fruits and vegetables, go to Haymarket - but be warned, it gets VERY cramped and busy. You often find some good deals here.
5) If you have a chance to go on a Boston Harbor cruise, totally do that.
6) Duck Tours
7) I don't know the procedures for doing so, but I've been kayaking on the Charles River before...so perhaps renting a kayak on the river?
8) Harvard Square is great for food and shopping.
9) For even more shopping, try going to the Garment District (a store) in Cambridge. They sell thousands of articles of vintage as well as contemporary clothing.
10) North End for amazing Italian food. Of course Mike's Pastry and Modern Pastry are the signature North End bakeries!
I definitely agree with everyone.
1.Mike's Pastry has the best cannoli, hands down.
2.Masa is an amazing restaurant with great southwestern food. http://www.masarestaurant.com/boston/index.html
3.The aquarium is a reaaaaaally cool place to go. The penguins are awesome.
4.A Red Sox game at Fenway.
5.The Make Way for Ducklings tour is fun and the Freedom Trail as well.
I hope you have a lot of fun in Boston!!!
Boston is awesome! You guys are going to love it here, so some suggestions...
1) Institute of Contemporary Art (Someone mentioned the Sheperd Fairey exhibit, I saw it and was very impressed)
2) The North End for dinner, amazing Italian food everywhere you look
3) Harvard Square and then just walk around the campus, very pretty!
4) So this might not be something you can arrange but Children's Hospital in Boston is the second best children's hospital in the country and they have a lot of people who just seem to spend their lives there, (I had knee surgery there and they were absolutely the best ever) so anyway, the children always need a little cheering up, if you wanted to go visit and maybe sing a little they would DEFINITELY appreciate it!
Get a 'HARVARD' or 'MIT' sweatshirt, but NEVER, NEVER, EVER wear it in Boston/Cambridge.
Redbones in Somerville is excellent for ribs/barbecue, as is Anna's for great burritos, and Santarpios pizza in East Boston. And if you have time, head up to Woodmans in Essex for great lobster, steamed clams and shrimp. But I have another suggestion, take the Redline to Ashmont and then take the 23 bus back to Dudley Square. Just get out and ride the T to wherever it takes you. Drive down Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester Ave, Washington Street(s), explore ALL of the NEIGHBORHOODS OF BOSTON, not just Downtown, Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the North End. Although not officially part of the "City of Boston", Cambridge and Brookline are fantastic locales, but don't forget to check out the flavor of East Boston, Charlestown, Allston and Brighton, South End, Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, South Boston, Roslindale, Hyde Park, West Roxbury, and Jamaica Plain. The Franklin Park Zoo in Dorchester is an unheralded treasure. Don't miss out on seeing the whole city, not just the tourist areas. Have fun and enjoy your stay in the Hub of the Universe.
