New Tour Stops Announced!

We are excited that demand for Spring Awakening continues to grow across the USA. Here are a few added tour stops that have recently announced their next season. Currently, only subscriptions for the entire season are on sale (subscribers will get the best seats). You can sign up for newsletters on each venue's website to be alerted when single tickets are available for purchase (usually not until 3-4 months beforehand). Which one are you most excited for?! Shout out!

It looks, then, that we will not be in the northeast corridor for at least a full year after Washington DC, so if you are anywhere CLOSE to Providence, Boston, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC, plan your ROAD TRIP now!

We will have Guilty Ones Street Teams at all these locations. If you would like to sign up to help promote the show, send your name, age, and phone number from your primary email address to: nationalguiltyones@gmail.com Put the tour stop closest to you in the subject heading! If you are more than an hour away, it is unlikely we will be able to use your help.

NEW TOTALLYTRUCKED! VIDEO: Krystina and Chase in Dallas
Chase and Krystina flew from Toronto to the land of BBQ and steerhorns, Dallas, Texas, to announce the Dallas Center for the Performing Art's 2010 season. These two live it up at ultra lux hotel Palomar but soon get to work as they sing "Don't Do Saddness/Blue Wind." This is probably the first time anyone has seen this combination. It's a Swing Awakening! Check out the SA cake in the end - yumm!

Yay! I nearly had a heart attack when I saw this. But then I saw the date gap between Austin and Costa Mesa and saw the words "recently announced their seasons," and was immensely relieved. Needless to say, I am most excited for the stop that will be between those two, if the freaking company would announce their season already!!!

Wow, 2010 already. Is there any chance of you guys coming further up the Pacific coast? California's a bit far. Exciting, though, anyway. :)

Pun! Help! What's the deal with Chicago? SA.com says it closes the 23rd! The theatre says 16th!! ARRGH! I have a weekend off on the 23rd and was going to fly out.

On another note... yay for Rochester!!! Definitely close enough to swing down for some winter fun next year!

I'm stoked for KC! I live in southwest MO and I saw the show in STL on Valentine's day. I knew KC was on the list but then they took it off the website for a while and I wasn't sure. I'm really happy I can see it again. This time I'm going for stage seats hopefully!

Chase and Krystina are amazing! Pun, just a suggestion you could hopefully pass onto the cast, could we get more videos with the swings (esp. Perry and Julie B.)? Thanks!!

It's not something we announced, sorry. It was a private announcement, mostly for local press. But you get to have us in your city soon! Yay!

Kaedtianne--I sure hope it's possible. We were already in Seattle and Portland, but then again, we're doubling back to Arizona when we've already been in Tempe. You should write to your local theatre presenter that brings in Broadway shows. It's really up to them. They need to hear that there is demand for us to come back.

Nonny asked about Chicago: Im trying to get most accurate info on that...will get back to you, Nonny.

Lara--If you didn't know, you can get your Perry fix with his Extended Run series...three videos just added yesterday! Hilarious! Link to the channel is on the left hand side of the blog. Otherwise, we try to feature as many people in the company that we can, but not everyone has signed up to make videos for the fans (which is understandable given everything they already have to do), so you'll see some cast members more than others. We'll certainly take it under consideration. Thanks!

Is there any chance of you guys stopping by Guam? :P
just a fantasy. i dont think our theater here is good enough for the spring awakening set. lol
but we love you!

does this blog announce any info on when the swings will go on for a performance? or is it just something that will happen without notice?

COSTA MESA!!!!!!! ALRIGHT SO-CAL GUILTY ONES! LA AND ORANGE COUNTY, WE CAN REDEEM OURSELVES. If you're up for it I'm ready to start scheduling events.

Pun said...

Update on Chicago: Sorry for the confusion. The official dates are till Aug the 16th.

Swings: No, we will never announce when here when swings and understudies go on. Some of the cast members will, though. Visit Lucas', Krystina's and Andy's blog.

Irene--sorry, I don't think Guam is on the horizon in the short term...but the rights are available...put it on in your local high school and college!

New Tour Stops: Sorry, a few dates were left out, including Schenectedy, NY and Greenville South Carolina. I'll update them to the blog post soon.

I already commented on this, but I just wanted to say that my city's national tour season got announced, and there was this whole thing about kid-friendly and non-kid-friendly shows. Seriously? Baltimore has the second-highest murder rate and one of the highest drug rates in the country...once the critics see the show in June, though, they'll be kicking themselves!!!

Pun, You said you were doubling back to Arizona -- when will that be? I saw the show when it was here in Tempe and would LOVE to see it again. I was even considering a road trip to CA if you weren't coming back soon. However, if you are coming here....

Anonymous,
sorry for the false alarm. We were originally scheduled to play the Music Hall in Tucson in Oct but they backed out on us for reasons unknown to me. Sorry about that. Umm...road trip to Costa Mesa...?

Anonymous said...

Hopefully there is a "soft sale" for tickets in Costa Mesa like in Chicago. I'm making a road trip from Arizona and would LOVE to get great seats!! You guys are so awesome!!!
