Farewell San Francisco!

Hey Bloggers!

As we head into our final weekend here in San Francisco, I think I speak on behalf of the whole company when I say THANK YOU SAN FRANCISCO for making these past six weeks so special. We had a great time here, whether it was hanging out with Sea Lions at Pier 39 or getting locked up at Alcatraz. All your support means so much to us and we're so grateful for this enthusiastic reception of our production. I just wanted to send this out before all the craziness started - we've got a lot of packing to do and I wouldn't want to go without a proper goodbye!

So, once again, good bye and thank you San Francisco - Seattle, here we come!

-Ben

Thank you all for your amazing performances!! I hope you all loved SF as much as we loved you! I watched the show on stage and in the audience, and both were such amazing experiences. Have a great time on tour, and come back soon!

I hope you guys had fun out here in SF. It was the first time I watched the show and I instantly got hooked. I'm glad that I was able to watch on stage, as it was an amazing and once in a lifetime experience. You will all be missed!! Thank you so much.

You all delivered amazing performances, and I loved every minute of the show! My friend and I got to sit onstage for one of your performances, and that was such a cool experience! I got to see you all briefly as you were exiting the theater, and wanted to thank you for being so kind and gracious. Have fun in Seattle!! I'm planning to catch your show again when you come back to California, and this time I am bringing more friends so they can see what wonderful performers you all are!

I went to the closing performance in S.F. I thought the show was fantastic! What really inspired me was how many young people were in the audience. I was sitting next to three seventeen year old kids who were hanging on every word and cheering after every song. This show is turing a whole new generation into theatre lovers! Keep up the good work!

A bit tardy but I just discovered this site. I saw your show twice in San Diego. As a seasoned Theater goer I can honestly say only once before have I been so moved by the combination of the music, the words and their interpretation. The line "I shall read all their dreams to the stars" may be the most powerful line I have ever heard, esp to those of us who have lost friends. Sitting next to me in San Diego was a gentleman who at intermission informed me he had seen the show 85 times (he was from NYC. Some spell you all have.
Wish I could have seen the show years ago at LaJolla in its infancy. I have never written on or to a blog..don't even know if you guys read this...but if you do..thank you for your collective performance. And as you get older you will appreciate even more what you are now a part of. Safe travels.
